Two Chinese blue and white jars and covers and an incense burner
Kangxi (1662-1722)
A slender oviform jar decorated with washed-blue ground lappet borders to the shoulder and base between flower sprays, cover glued, 26 cm. high; an oviform jar and cover with vertically ribbed sides, painted with floral roundels and bands, 22.5 cm. high; and a compressed globular incense burner decorated with a washed-blue cracked-ice pattern ground reserved with prunus, 23.2 cm. diam.
