Lot Essay

This album was originally recorded in 1968 as a television programme to rival the Beatles' Magical Mystery Tour broadcast in 1967. However, due the length of shooting and unenthusiastic members of the band, namely Brian Jones, the show was never broadcast as the Stones' performance was not deemed good enough. The album was later released in 1996.
