CIRCA 1868, THE DESIGN ATTRIBUTED TO PHILIP WEBB
With two frieze drawers on ring-turned supports and stretchers, the underside of the top stamped 'Erik Bolin P.S.L.N' (twice), top and base possibly associated, with paper label 'The estate of the late Mrs Boris Karloff' and depository labels inscribed 'Karloff'

The table or a very similar example, is illustrated in Jeremy Cooper Victorian and Edwardian Furniture and Interiors, pl. 414. The design of the illustrated table is attributed to Philip Webb for Major Gillum for Oakleigh Park, 1868.
