The circular associated top inset with specimen marbles, depicting a horse, on a faceted tripartite base

Lot Essay

Thomas Tutton-Knyfton, purchased Uphill Manor in 1853. He employed J.G. Crace to remodel the drawing room, octagonal hall and tower in the 'High-Gothic' style.
