A famille rose baluster vase, Yongzheng (1723-1735)
the rounded body painted with standing ladies, variously using large petal and lotus leaves as boating vessels amongst scattered rockwork and cranes in flight, the slender flaring rim with a scholar and his young assistant with a deer to the reverse side -- 11¼in. (28.5cm.) high, wood stand, fitted box.
