A small gilt bronze figure of Prajnaparamita
Nepal, 17th century
The three-headed, six-armed deity seated in dhyanasana over a lotus base, her primary arms crossed over her chest and the others extended behind her with various implements, clad in a long dhoti with incised foliate patterns and adorned with further jewelry, her three faces in serene expression, each surmounted by a tall foliate crown, backed by a mandorla with the remains of red polychromy and with the lotus petals on the base extending underneath
