Indo-Chinese, Pala Revival style, 18th century
Seated in dhyanasana on a double-lotus base over a stepped plinth perforated with lotus, bird and lion motifs, the hands in varada- and vitarkamudras, flanked by flowering lotus blossoms on either side and backed by an elaborate aureola
