拍品專文

The short height and short collars, as well as the type of jade of this cong indicate an origin in northwest China. For a similar example see The Complete Collection of Jades Unearthed in China - 4 - Shandong, Beijing, 2005, p. 157, which was excavated from the late Shang Tomb No. 3 at Qianzhangda, Tengzhou, Shandong province.
