A GREENISH-WHITE JADE DRAGON-FORM FINIAL
YUAN/MING DYNASTY, 14TH-16TH CENTURY
Well carved in openwork as a five-clawed dragon standing with body coiled and right forefoot resting atop a flaming pearl, the base carved around the sides with clouds, the stone with some opaque buff alteration; together with a small whitish jade oblong bowl, possibly 12th/14th century, carved in low relief with a plain band at mid-body and at the rim, raised on a shallow foot, the semi-translucent stone with some brown and opaque buff alteration
