In the Jacob Sang-style, the funnel bowl engraved with a small shield depicting the Batavian Lion holding a sword and seven arrows, flanked by military paraphernalia and trees, underneath a freedom bonnet flanked by swords, upon a vignette, the border with the inscription voor vaderlandt en vrijheyd within an elongated caption, upon a slightly bulging stem enclosing spiralling threads above a balustroid stem enclosing tears and a conical foot
