A WHITE JADE OCTALOBED PLAQUE
18TH/19TH CENTURY
Carved in very low relief on one side with a phoenix standing on a rock beside a peony stem, within a narrow border at the petal-lobed rim, the reverse carved with a large chrysanthemum stem and with a central bullnose perforation, as well as tiny holes for attachment in four petal tips, the semi-translucent stone of even white color
