SONG DYNASTY, 11TH/12TH CENTURY
With rounded sides supported on a ring foot, one side applied with a loop handle surmounted by a triangular thumb rest, covered in a crackled greyish-green glaze pulling away from the thin lip and exposing the dark brown ware
