A large Meissen-patterned Thuringian porcelain polychrome hunting group
Late 19th Century, with partly erased crowned sword mark in underglaze blue (Jagdrast) Naturalistically modelled in relief and inspired by a model of J.J. Kaendler (1743), depicting a standing gentleman holding a spear towards a huge boar (Eber), further with two hounds, a leafy tree behind them and on an oval flower-encrusted base (minor damages)
