Heavily potted with deep ovoid sides, well painted with four shaped reserves of two different alternating shapes and alternately decorated either with a pheasant standing on a rock amidst flower stems, or butterflies flitting around tree peony, all reserved on a ground of dense lotus scroll below a band of classic scroll
