The frieze inscribed LOF GODT VAN AL Ao 1603, above a double acanthus scroll frieze with stylised dolphin handles
11 cm. high x 11 cm. diam.

The present mortar uses the same frieze ornaments and handles as one attributed to Henrick Wegewart by dr. Wittop Koning.
