A group of eight Dutch Delft plates
18th Century
Comprising five various 'Orangist' plates, two with portraits of Prince William V of Orange (1748-1806) and Wilhelmina of Prussia (1751-1820), two with the portrait of William V, one incribed with the text 'God schonck door pruisens magt den prins zijn regte weer ....', circa 23 cm. diam.; a deep dish painted with flowers, 30.7 cm. diam.; and a pair of 'pauw' dishes, marked Pauw for De Clauw, 31.4 cm. diam., some chips (8)
Special notice
