A late Niderviller porcelain polychrome coffee and tea tete-a-tete cabaret
19th Century, marked in underglaze red with N for the Claude-François Lanfrey manufactory
Decorated allover with floral motifs in red and slightly enhanced in gilt, with twisted rope handles and feet, comprising: one ovoid teapot with elongated narrow spout and loop handle, 18.5cm. high; one ovoid milk jug en suite, 15cm. high; one globular two-handled sugar bowl and cover, circa 9.5cm. high; a pair of cups and saucers and one large two-handled tray, 39.5cm. diam.
