A Sceaux-patterned Samson Paris faience polychrome potpourri vase and cover
19th Century, marked and inscribed Sceaux, after a model from the R. Glot manufactory, 1780
In the neo-classical à la Grecque-style, decorated with medallions: one depicting household scenes after Boucher, the other with birds, further with flower-sprays, on a fluted scale-patterned foot and with geometrical handles, the pierced domed cover applied with flowers and fruit (restored)
