On beige ground, the decoration comprising a series of large roundels each containing a pair of confronted birds bordered by a band of highly stylised calligraphy, divided by minor roundels of confronted and vertically mirrored horses with swirling vine borders, floral sprays in the interstices, fragmentary, areas of wear and small holes
