Arabic manuscript on paper, 46ff., each folio with 5ll. of gold rounded muhaqqaq outlined with black, with gold poychrome verse markers, with illuminated marginal markers, the text within blue borders, the last 3ff. with 3ll. of text, the opening bifolio with four illuminated cartouches with white kufic on gold and polychrome floral scrolls framing the text panels, the left panel with 3ll. of text, with marginal illuminated medallions, blank spaces for sura headings, some repairs, in later red morocco
Text panel 10 1/8 x 6 5/8in. (25.5 x 16.8cm.); folio 14¼ x 10in. (36 x 25.5cm.)
