Ni'matullah Shahi is unrecorded.

The opening shamsa is from a manuscript originally produced for the library of Ibrahim Sultan. The manuscript entered the Safavid Library of Prince Husayn (later Shah Husayn) on 14 November 1693 with his seal impression and was inspected twice in 1703 and 1715. It later entered the Library of Farhad Mirza, son of 'Abbas Mirza Na'ib al-Saltana, on 18 May 1875.
