The first of typical form, engraved to each side with a sailing ship below the bridge, one titled Sunderland Bridge 1796, the other Sunderland Bridge 1859, the stem with a hollow knop enclosing a small coin; the second rummer with a bucket bowl engraved with a continuous scene of hounds chasing a deer, and a windmill
