Of cylindrical form, with a tall faceted spout and circular neck, the body painted on both sides with multi-coloured bouquets of roses, with a dark blue band and entwined gilt leaf garland around the shoulder, with an intricate handle, the circular cover with cone shaped finial, gilt detail, marked under with dark blue overglaze 'E II' and dot
