Lots are subject to 5% import Duty on the importation value (low estimate) levied at the time of collection shipment within UAE. For UAE buyers, please note that duty is paid at origin (Dubai) and not in the importing country. As such, duty paid in Dubai is treated as final duty payment. It is the buyer's responsibility to ascertain and pay all taxes due.

"We humans build bridges to cross rivers at right angles. From the bridge the highway extends in both directions as a straight line.
Around the river bend a second bridge and highway are built.
On both highways, engineers plan cross roads and soon two right-angled grids of city streets and country roads develop. Eventually the roads and grids spread and meet but they do not meet at predictable right angles. They intersect at acute angles - angles determined by the bending of the river which bending is determined by the lay of the land. The result as seen from the air is fields and city blocks which are truncated rectangles. "Intersecting" is about the meeting point of such grids.
It captures how nature challenges our engineers' best laid plans and lends their work a natural beauty they had not planned on, one that is kin to the bending of the river." (Samia Halaby)
