The valuable specialised collection, with the emphasis on the usage of values on covers and parcel cards (over items) with many high denomination frankings, the basic stamps are fairly complete with shades, blocks, varieties, also included are good sections of Officials, again with many covers, a few propaganda forgeries and the 1912 (Oct.) Airmail 25Pf. blue mint and used on card. An interesting lot for the student.
