A RARE LONGQUAN CELADON 'TWIN-FISH' DISH
SOUTHERN SONG DYNASTY (1127-1279)
Sturdily potted with rounded sides rising to a flat everted rim, decorated on the interior with a pair of scaly fish moulded in high relief swimming in opposite directions, the exterior moulded with lotus petals radiating upward from the short foot, covered overall in a pale green glaze
