KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
Each potted with steep sides and gently flaring rims, and painted in a deep, bright cobalt blue in pencil style creating naturalistic shaded tones, the exterior with a continuous design of meandering composite blooms, including lotus, peony and camellia, a band of similar flowers at the interior rim above a similar medallion at the centre, the undersides with Jiajing six-character marks
