The top decorated with a central classical ruin scene and two conforming scenes to the ends, overall with strapwork and foliage, the base with pierced apron carved with foliage and shells, on dragon-headed carved legs joined by an x-stretcher centred by a fruit basket, the top and base signed 'J. LAPAYESE'
