Sugata [configuration]: hirazukuri, sharply narrowing blade, no curve
Kitae [forging pattern]: o-itame with ji-nie and chikei
Hamon [tempering pattern]: gunome midare, clearly-defined mune-yaki, with tobiyaki, kaen boshi
Nagasa [length]: 24cm.
Koshirae [mounting]: aikuchi mounting lacquered black with stylised water-fowl and stretches of water depicted in gold maki-e and aogai togidashi-e
