Descriptif du lot

With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1923 and its subsequent sale on 28 November 1924. Originally sold with gilded dial with Breguet numerals, the actual sector-style dial was most certainly added shortly after the sale, possibly by Eberhard & Co., Patek Philippe's renowned retailer in Milan.
