With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with silvered dial and raised gold hour markers in 1938 and its subsequent sale on 22 June 1938.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch only the second example of a reference 662 to appear in public to date.

Launched in 1938, reference 662 remained in production during a very short period of time only.
