A GROUP OF YINGQING CERAMICS, SONG DYNASTY AND LATER
comprising a seal modelled as a Buddhistic lion on an incised plinth, the base incised in Uyghur script; a bowl with rounded body and collared lip, incised with two parallel lines above the base; a plain dish with rounded sides and unglazed rim; a small foliate rimmed dish; a small dish with impressed decoration of fish amongst lotus flowers, unglazed rim; a slightly larger dish with foliate rim decorated with fish amongst waves; a white glazed ovoid vase incised with lotus flowers and trailing stems; and a circular cizhou cosmetic box and cover, of creamy tone with brown foliate motif to the cover -- the first, 6in. (15.2cm.) high. (8)
