MARK OF JENS CHRISTIAN THORNING, COPENHAGEN, 1853
Cylindrical, the hinged covers engraved with initials 'PA', marked underneath, on side and inside cover
4 in. (10.2 cm.) high
17 oz. (545 gr.)
The initials are possibly those of Princess Alexandra of Denmark (1844-1925), later Queen Alexandra, wife of Kind Edward VII (1841-1910). (2)
