on piece 1899 (16 Aug.) 5Kr. parcel card addressed to the Emperor and King Franz Joseph at his summer residence in Ischl, bearing 1888 black numerals 1Kr., 10Kr. pair and 3ft., cancelled by "BUDAPEST" c.d.s. where it was noticed that it was insufficiently franked and marked "2ft.42" postage due to pay, it was not accepted upon arrival in Ischl (18.8) and returned from there (28.8) arriving back in Budapest (30.8); the card accompanied a parcel containing a painting (valued at 300ft.) and so a blue "Mp." label has been applied to the card.
