Set with an oval-shaped paraiba tourmaline weighing 12.78 carats, within a pavé-set and brilliant-cut diamond scalloped surround, gallery and quarter-hoop, mounted in platinum, ring size 5¾

Accompanied by report no. 0610134 dated 19 October 2006 from the Gübelin Gemmological Laboratory stating that the tourmaline weighing 12.78 carats is natural and of paraiba variety

Also accompanied by a note stating that the bright vivid blue and green 'Paraiba colours' (sometimes also referred to as 'electric blue' or 'neon green' in the trade) are caused by varying amounts of the elements copper and manganese. The bright vivid blue and green 'Paraiba colours' have not been seen in any other gemstone variety
