It is not known for sure who Natasha, the recipient of this letter is, but it is possible that Monroe was writing to 'Natasha Lytess', the Columbia Studios head drama coach. Lytess became the first to recognize that Marilyn did possess true acting talent, and served as Marilyn's personal acting teacher for seven years, even quitting her job at Columbia in 1950 to coach her most famous pupil on an exclusive basis. Again it is not known for sure who the 'Hathaway' referred to is, but it is possible that it may be 'Henry Hathaway' director of Monroe's 1953 film 'Niagra', and that Monroe is just keeping Natasha informed of developments in her career post Columbia.
