Crossbanded overall in fruitwood, the moulded rectangular hinged top with central oval panel of a tulip flanked by birds and with green-stained ivory leaves, above a plain frieze enclosing a fitted interior with original block-printed blue paper lining, with divisions to the left side, on a moulded spreading plinth, with Norman Adams label
