A Porcelain Two-Handled Vase
by the Popov Factory, circa 1845
Of cylindrical tapering form, on an elaborately moulded base, the body painted with a multi-coloured bouquet of flowers on each side and above with a cartouche containing a painted spray of purple and white flowers, with elaborately moulded handles and decoration, with gilt and puce detail, marked under base with blue-glaze monogram 'AP'
8¼ in. (21.1. cm.) high
