A Pair Of Porcelain Cups And Saucers
by the Batenin Factory, St Petersburg, circa 1820
Each cylindrical, on conforming foot with wide flared upper rim, the gilt body painted with a large multi-coloured bouquet of flowers and with a stylized geometric design, the handle with gilt detail, each gilt circular saucer similarly decorated with a white ground centre and stylized geometric design, each apparently unmarked
Each cup 3 7/8 in. (9.9 cm.) high with handle, each saucer 5 7/8 in. (15 cm.) diameter (4)
