comprising a Spanish oval plaque depicting a fruit peddler, marked for Pickmann and Co.; a French plaque depicting Mary Magdalene, marked for Limoges; a German plaque depicting Antigone and Ismene after Teschendorf; and three Continental plaques, one depicting a Tyrolian genre scene of a maiden and two suitors, the second a Southern Italian family sustaining a weary monk, and the third of cupid poling lovers in a gondola; (none of the plaques have been examined outside of the frame)
