The case of typical form and on claw feet, the hood surmounted by three carved giltwood figural finials, the dial with matted centre, silvered chapterring and plain signature plaque, sectors for month and day of week, date aperture below, the arch with moonphase, movement with anchor escapement, Dutch strike and alarm on two bells above; two brass weights, pendulum, door key, crank key
