CASE: in the form of a bird cage with a pair of doves, ring handle, the engine-turned case with repeat button to the upper right DIAL: white enamel chapter ring signed 'Döller in Wien', engine-turned centre and strike/silent lever by 1, blued steel main hands and polished steel alarm hand MOVEMENT: of short duration, single chain fusee for the time train and fixed barrels for strike and alarm trains, verge balance escapement with regulating disc to the side, striking the hours and quarters on two rear-mounted gongs and the alarm on small bell, the back plate stamped 'C.D' TRAVEL CASE: tooled red leather
