1767, BLUE INTERLACED L'S MARKS ENCLOSING DATE LETTERS O, PAINTER'S MARK FOR MEREAUD
Each cup-shaped with arched handles, the spreading covers pierced with apertures, painted with harebells and garlands of flowers on a gilt sablé ground, the plain lower part painted with looping bands of berries laurels and flowers, the spreading feet with a further band of flowers above steps and a blue fretted footrim, the covers with patterned sections, stoppers lacking, each with one handle restored
