A RARE NIELLO AND SILVER-GILT SPOON
17th Century

The elongated oval bowl with foliage and rosettes in a chased leaf border, the centre with a gilt fan-shaped motif, the handle with twisting alternationg nielloed and gilt bands, the top of the handle engraved with Cyrillic initials A.R., the removable finial with three elaborate toothpicks - 20.8 cm long (78 g)
