Nickel-finished lever movement, bi-metallic compensation balance, gold cuvette inscribed To Helen on her Eighteenth Birthday from her loving Mother, Nov 20, 1894, white enamel dial, Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds, chased and engraved case, bezel and bow, the back case with blue enamel enhanced by diamond-set motif, the bezel enhanced with blue enamel plaques each set with an old european-cut diamond, cuvette, dial and movement signed
