Accompanied by Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated February 22, 2007, wooden presentation box, instructions pamphlet, setting pin, tie tag and outer packaging.

To the best of our knowledge the present watch has never before been offered in public.

Spiromax is a totally new type of balance spring made from Silinvar, a revolutionary material based on monocrystalline silicon obtained by a vacuum oxidation process that allows it to compensate for temperature variations. This patented silicon-based material is the result of research financed in partnership with the Swatch Group and Rolex. Patek Philippe produced the reference 5350 in a limited edition of 300 pieces in 2006.
