With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1968 and its subsequent sale on June 12th of the same year.

To the best of our knowledge the present watch has never before been offered in public.

Patek Philippe produced the reference 2588 from 1957 until approximately 1968. This reference number was produced in yellow, pink and white gold as well as platinum.
