The circular bowl in Dutch rococo style with chased trellis panels and floral borders, with two small handles, the conforming cover with flower finial, on a footed circular stand, the stand and cover engraved with a crest and motto, marked on body, cover, finial and stand, the nut apparently unmarked, the bowl marked No. 1, 12, 5, the stand No. 2, 9, 7, and both stamped STORR & MORTIMER
The stand 6 1/8 in. (15.5 cm.) diameter; 21 oz. (668 gr.)
