Set with a cut-cornered rectangular-cut ruby weighing 18.18 carats flanked by two detachable pear-shaped diamonds weighing 13.91 and 14.89 carats, mounted in (?) (diamonds with fittings to be worn as ear-pendants, see below)
With certificate 9111051 dated 12/12/1991 from the Gübelin Gemmological Laboratory stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin and shows no evidence of thermal treatment
