Lot Essay

Inside of backboard bears inscription: This bureau was built by Thos. Loyd 1800 for his daughter Mary Ann Loyd, who became a very eminent minister in the Society of Friends and died in 1874. Inherited by her niece Mary L. Collins, who married J.F. Wood in 1876. This inscription worked by J.F. Wood March 30 1901,
